IT Engineer · Builder
I've been the person who fixes things for as long as I can remember — built PCs as a kid, worked my way up from content production to IT engineering with no CS degree, and now I build production apps and AI systems on my own time.
Every job I've had — from running a YouTube production to managing a kitchen to moderating social media to engineering IT systems — boiled down to the same thing: someone hands you chaos, and you make it work. I got promoted in every role because I don't just do the job, I improve how the job gets done. I write the documentation, build the training materials, and find the problems nobody asked me to look for.
I don't have a CS degree. I got into IT because I'd been fixing things my whole life and someone finally gave me a shot. Everything I know about databases, infrastructure, AI, and development I learned by doing — and I haven't stopped learning since.
MaxWorks is where all of that comes together. I build production-grade software, design autonomous AI systems, and solve real problems for real users — with the same standards I hold myself to at my day job, applied to projects I own completely.

Was building PCs from scratch as a kid — fixing bent CPU pins, soldering, modding consoles, even fixing the red ring of death on my Xbox 360 when everyone else was shipping theirs back to Microsoft. By high school I was running the computer class because I knew more than the teacher, and figured out how to bypass the school's network restrictions to host a Quake 3 LAN party during class. Got caught, got in trouble — but honestly, that was my first penetration test.
New York. Co-produced a Transformers animation YouTube channel for eight years — coordinated voice actors and scriptwriters, did voice performances and audio editing, ran graphic design and social media. At the same time, worked as a sous chef in Brooklyn for three years — trained staff, ran the grill and fry stations, kept quality up during rush. Also filmed student presentations as a videographer for Touro University. Earned a BA in Digital Imaging Design. Every one of these taught me to manage people and deadlines under pressure.
Moved to Florida and into social media moderation — recognized as a subject matter expert and promoted to the highest escalation tier. Created the protocols and training materials the moderation team followed. Then shifted to data operations as a property analyst — became a trusted advisor on the team, ran automated bot processing, validated data quality, and improved client satisfaction scores. Got promoted again.
Got my first real shot at IT at the same company — no CS degree, just years of being the person who fixes things. Earned my Google IT Support cert and got promoted to engineer. It's been an uphill learning spree ever since: production database bugs, TSQL systems, hardware maintenance, technical documentation, cross-functional work with dev teams, managing Microsoft tooling across the org, and running audits for legal. Then ChatGPT dropped — started applying AI to real problems and never looked back.
All those years of managing projects, training teams, solving problems, and getting promoted turned into building my own products. Launched BotBinder, designed Jack as an autonomous agent, building Keepsy for the Play Store. Founded MaxWorks to bring everything under one roof. Still an IT engineer by day — building everything else with the same approach: plan it, build it, ship it.
Whether it's an AI agent, an app, or an automation problem — let's talk.
